Hi! I’m Meagan, and I can’t wait to meet you!

I’ve been immersed in the world of real estate for my whole life. Being a 3rd generation Realtor® and working in the family business since I was 16 has given me a world of insight into an industry with so many ins and outs. After a few years working in the family business, I enrolled in Business School at the University of Winnipeg and it was during this time that I decided to forge my own path. Although I would have never guessed that my career path would lead me back to the world of real estate, I ended up following the legacy of my family and decided to give real estate a try. There was no looking back!

I love my job. I really, really love it. It brings be so much joy to help people in the process of finding a home, selling a home, and everything in between. My passion is driven from my family’s long history in real estate, but also my own personal journey in making this career my own.

When I’m working with individuals, couples, and families to buy or sell their home, my main goal is to maintain complete honesty throughout the process. I will never keep you in the dark, or hesitate to share my honest opinion. My policy is to call it like I see it and would never sell my clients something I wouldn’t buy myself. I’m also a big proponent of using technology to keep the whole process moving smoothly and I prefer to do things with minimal paper. You’ll always find me with an iPad in hand during meetings and showings!

While renovating my own home and also experiencing things from a landlord’s perspective with my personal rental property, I’m prepared to give advice to clients who want to step into the world of renovations or property management. I have a unique perspective, having seen so many different sides of the real estate world.

Besides my love of real estate, I’m a passionate traveller, an enthusiastic foodie, and a gym-goer (to balance out all of my indulgences, of course!) There’s not much I love more than trying out a new restaurant or packing up for a quick weekend trip – other than helping my clients find their dream home, of course!
